Harrison Ray has earned a reputation not only as a National Championship winning athlete but as a strong supporter of the communities where he lives. While living in Nashville, Tennessee Harrison was recognized by not only Vanderbilt as an Outstanding Student Athlete with the 2020 Mr. Commodore Award but also the SEC as being the leader for the number of hours of community service he donated during his 4 years of attendance. He has also been number four on ESPN’s Top 5 Play of the day.
Harrison graduated with a BA in Sociology from Vanderbilt University where he played college baseball. Harrison was a major contributor to the 2019 National Championship College World Series Team. He made the diving catch that moved Vanderbilt on to competing for the National Championship. He also holds the record of 3 doubles in an SEC Championship game which he achieved in 2019 when Vanderbilt won both the SEC Regular Season and the Tournament Championships.
Since the age of eight Harrison has been playing baseball competitively and will continue playing baseball professionally as a member of the Toronto Blue Jays Organization who acquired him as a UDFA after the 2020 MLB draft.
Harrison currently resides in Orlando, Florida.
