Kids will get to be around someone who knows what they are going through. Someone who can speak on experiences that he just went through. Also provide different levels of training depending on the skill level of the player.
Made a wish come true for a local sixth grader that was tornado victim by visiting him at the Children’s hospital right after a night game and distributed requested items to tornado victims at Centennial Park.

Dancing Dores team captain – led and encouraged awareness and fundraising efforts for his team benefiting the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and the children it serves. Contributed to the overall total of $43,000.
Participated in the Big Event where teams interact with their assigned Miracle Family and present the fundraiser check to the Miracle Families.
Led and coordinated a baseball clinic for second graders at Buena Vista. The team taught basic baseball skills and led a game of wiffle ball. This directly correlates with his overall goal of introducing the game of baseball to minority and under served kids.
Bought Christmas gifts for team assigned first-grade students at Buena Vista on behalf of his team for the Athletics holiday party.
Led and encouraged his team to participate in the Trick or Treat with Greek and Student-Athletes event on campus. He and the team escorted kids from Buena Vista and Martha O’Bryan from Greek house to Greek house for a safe trick or treat experience. With his leadership, he was able to get the entire team to attend.
Participated in Field Day benefiting third and fourth graders at Buena Vista.
Led and encouraged his team to participate in Mobile Food Ministries with the Dream Center. He and the team distributed fresh groceries to families in a North Nashville neighborhood.
Escorted students from Harris-Hillman (a public school serving students with multiple disabilities and dual diagnoses) around the shops, banks and businesses around 21st Ave for a safe trick or treating experience.
